The COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly and we at Quail Creek Bank are dedicated to providing a safe place for both our employees and our customers. We are committed to doing our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 in our community. As such, the following measures are being implemented beginning Monday, March 23:
The bank lobby will be closed with limited access to our customers. If you need to see a bank representative in person, please call ahead and make an appointment. When entering the bank, only the front doors (those closest to May Avenue) will be accessible. All personnel, including employees, customers, and vendors, must submit to a temperature scan prior to entry. Anyone with a temperature of 99.6 or above will not be permitted to enter the bank. We ask that only persons essential to the banking transaction enter the bank.
At this time, our drive-in will operate 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM weekdays and Saturday morning from 8:00 am until noon. We ask that all banking transactions take place with a drive-in teller whenever possible. Cashier’s checks are not typically offered in the drive-in, however, during this time, we have moved this function to the drive-in teller windows. Cash back is traditionally limited to $1,000 in the drive-in but has been temporarily raised to $3,000 while lobby access is restricted. Additional staff will be placed in the drive-in to reduce your wait time, should lines be longer than normal.
Although our lobby doors will be locked beginning March 23, large volume cash transactions should still be processed in the lobby and we will maintain lobby hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday to assist with those. In addition to large cash transactions, the lobby will be limited to customers needing to utilize the coin machine, access their safe deposit box or process a cash advance from a credit card.
Regarding our employees, please know that while we are still at the bank serving our customers, any employee who is uncomfortable being at the bank during this time or who must care for children due to school closures is encouraged to stay home. Bank management is providing great flexibility to employees to ensure their safety and yours remains our priority.
Please remember many of your banking transactions can be conducted via online banking or our mobile banking app. Our ATM is also available 24 hours a day and we encourage you to utilize these self-service banking options as officials are recommending “social distancing”.
