All ACH Files, Remote Deposits, and Mobile Deposits will be processed as normal. Drive-thru hours are 8:30 to 5:30 and phone-based customer service hours are 8:30 to 5:00. Effective Monday, October 5, our drive-in hours will change to 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Monday – Friday). New drive-in hours for Saturday will be 9:00 am – noon. At this time, the lobby will remain available by appointment only. 2020 has changed the way we function in our daily lives. Many people are adopting technology to facilitate meetings and conduct business. We, too, have noticed, and are adapting. We have seen a trend that shows our customers are banking digitally more often than visiting the bank in person. 

There are a variety of ways you can bank after-hours:

  • Access online banking at quailcreek.bank. This is a great money management tool and is the next best thing to coming to the bank in person. To setup online banking, you can enroll online at quailcreek.bank, or call one of our account representatives at (405) 755-1000.
  • Bank from your mobile phone by utilizing mobile banking and mobile deposit. Download our free mobile banking app at the App Store or Google Play.  You can deposit checks from the convenience of your own home, office, or anywhere using your mobile phone! Our cut-off time for mobile and remote deposits will continue to be 6pm.
  • Utilize Quail Creek Bank’s ATM to make a deposit and withdraw funds. 
  • Use the night drop along the south wall of the drive-up window to make deposits after-hours. Night drop deposits are immediately secured in a vault and processed the next day by our tellers.
