Systems Upgrades Complete

We appreciate your patience last weekend during our systems upgrades. We are excited to announce the process is complete, and we successfully updated many aspects of your QCB banking experience.

You should have received your new debit card during the week of October 21st. If you’ve not already done so, please complete the activation of your new card by following the instructions on the sticker affixed to the front of your new card.  If you experience any difficulties, please call (405) 755.1000 or visit our friendly lobby staff during normal business hours. Our expanded service hours are listed below for your convenience.

Your online and mobile banking access has been restored, and we hope you enjoy the new features. Over the coming months, you will see additional features, including mobile account opening, a new and improved bill pay experience, and enhanced commercial banking features.

We are still working diligently on the following enhancements which will be available soon:

  • Mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) support of your new QCB debit card
  • Debit card controls in your mobile banking app
  • Real-time payments

 

Please remember you will need to update your debit card information with any companies or vendors whom you have authorized to directly withdraw money using your debit card. You will need to contact them and provide your new card information.

Bank Statements

You will NOT have access to online e-statements beginning October 24th through December 31, 2024.

You will ONLY receive a paper bank statement for transactions in your account from October 1st-24th, 2024.  This statement will be US Mailed to your address on file. 

You may receive a paper statement for all of the following statement periods:

  • October 25th – 31st, 2024
  • November 1st – 30th, 2024
  • December 1st – 31st, 2024

 

You will not be charged for paper statements during this time frame.  Ultimately, all of these statements will be available in e-statements online, but they may not appear until January 2025.  We are working diligently to make these available to you as soon as possible.

Do I need to do anything to protect my account information?

No, nothing is required of you. Our security systems will remain in place to ensure your private information is protected before, during, and after the systems upgrades are complete.
