Jennifer joined the deposit operations department in 2003. Over the years, she has become the point person for many customers and employees as her knowledge and experience are unparalleled. Since joining Quail Creek Bank, Jennifer has taken courses and earned the certifications of National Check Professional (NCP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), and Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) all of which focus on how payments are processed throughout the US Banking system. Jennifer’s expertise provides value to the bank, and to customers, particularly with respect to the handling of fraudulent checks and ACH transactions. Jennifer is an excellent trainer of many bank systems and processes, and over her 20 years, has helped acclimate many new employees to the bank’s programs.
Jennifer has one son, Seth, who is 15 years old. One of her favorite past times is playing the card game, Hand and Foot, with her family. She is quite competitive and says she doesn’t “lose” well! Jennifer grew up in Wheeler, TX, working for her dad at the family-owned local newspaper and visits Texas often. While Jennifer considers herself “boring” anyone who knows her can say she is a vivacious and outgoing person with whom conversations are never dull!
