As Quail Creek Bank enters 2026, we’re proud to recognize the team members whose growth and leadership helped shape the year behind us. In 2025, five outstanding employees earned promotions that reflect their dedication, expertise, and commitment to service. Pammella D, Kathleen M, Tim G, Jobi S, and Lindsay S each represent the values that continue to move our bank forward.
Pammella D was promoted to Vice President in May 2025 after more than six years of service at Quail Creek Bank. Having previously served as Assistant Vice President, Pam has built her career around bank operations, process improvement, and collaboration. She is driven by finding better ways to work, supporting others, and contributing to long-term, sustainable growth. Known for her inclusive leadership style and strong communication skills, Pam continues to play a key role as the bank looks ahead in 2026.
Kathleen M was promoted to Vice President in September 2025. She joined Quail Creek Bank in 2013 as a part-time teller and steadily advanced through the loan operations department, ultimately becoming Manager of Loan Operations. Kathleen, also known as KT, is known for her leadership, teamwork, and positive energy, all of which play a vital role in strengthening the bank’s culture and operations as we enter 2026.
Tim G was promoted to Assistant Vice President following a career path that began in 2019 when he joined Quail Creek Bank as a teller. Within his first month, Tim transitioned into compliance, later gaining experience in audit before being promoted to lead the compliance department in 2023. His drive, deep understanding of the field, and natural leadership continue to support the bank’s success in 2026.
Jobi S was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Client Services in May 2025. She joined Quail Creek Bank in 2017 as a client services representative and later transitioned into the mortgage department, where she served in multiple roles and earned her Accredited Mortgage Professional credential. Jobi transitioned back to our Client Services area in May 2025, and she continues to bring experienced leadership and a customer-first mindset as the bank looks ahead.
Lindsay Smith was promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer in September 2025. Since joining Quail Creek Bank in 2019, Lindsay has been a trusted and familiar presence on the loan team. Her dedication to customers and passion for service remain key as the bank continues serving its communities in 2026.
