Q: What makes contactless payments more secure?
A: All digital wallet transactions use data encryption and tokenization. The encryption converts information and data before sending it through shared communication channels, and the recipient must have the decryption code to use the data upon receipt. Tokenization replaces your account number with a newly assigned virtual account number, which is useless to anyone who receives it. Only the creator of the tokenization system can track the virtual number back to its original account number.

Bill Pay
Simplify your monthly payments by keeping them all in one place. You can easily schedule payments to companies or individuals directly from your accounts on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. And set up recurring bill payments quickly and easily so you’ll never pay a late fee.
Here’s how it works:
- Log in to Online Banking or QCB Mobile App and select Bill Pay
- Upon receipt of your confirmed enrollment, start adding payees (you will only need to add them once)
- Schedule your payments accordingly and submit
- Set reminders, enroll in AutoPay, enroll in eBill, and schedule future payments from your Bill Pay dashboard anytime
