After 16 years in banking in the customer service and teller departments, Terri joined the loan operations department of Quail Creek Bank in 1997. She has been loyal to the core and spent all 25 years of her tenure in the loan department. Some of Terri’s responsibilities include posting loan payments, recording insurance, reconciliation of the general ledger, and maintenance of loans.
When Terri is not at work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and spoiling her three Jack Russell pups rotten. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 41 years and they have raised one son and many canines over the years. Her son is a race car driver and Terri’s husband does all the maintenance for their son’s racing vehicles so many a weekend is spent at the racetrack.
Terri is a reliable and hardworking employee. She not only shows up for work on time every day, but she also produces consistent work. She is someone you can count on to complete a task that will have a great outcome because of her attention to detail. She seamlessly understands our core system’s processes and is a great resource to assist other employees when needed. Most importantly, she has the best attitude, even when faced with adversity. and is known for making her coworkers laugh when they least expect it.
