Growth is built from within at Quail Creek Bank, and we’re excited to celebrate two team members who have recently stepped into new roles. Megan M. and Darris M. have each earned promotions, reflecting their continued dedication and contributions to the bank.
Megan M. was promoted to Internal Audit Officer. She joined the bank in 2018, and has worked in a variety areas of the bank sharing her exceptional analytical skills to assist in many projects. Megan has embraced opportunities to grow and develop her financial skills, and she is excited to continue learning in her expanding role within the Audit Department.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, working on home projects, watching crime shows, and staying active with regular runs. She also lives by the Zig Ziglar quote, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.”
Darris M. was promoted to Security & IT Officer. He joined Quail Creek Bank in 2012 in Client Services and has continued to grow within the organization over the years. Darris values the opportunities he has been given to learn, develop, and advance his career, and he appreciates the close-knit culture that has allowed him to build lasting relationships along the way.
When he’s not at the office, Darris enjoys spending time with his wife, playing disc golf, gaming with friends, and experimenting with cooking and smoking meats.
