Quail Creek Bank continues to grow through the experience, dedication, and service-minded approach of the people who join our organization. We’re excited to recognize two recent additions: Jaiden B. and Marsha W.
Both bring unique professional backgrounds and a shared commitment to building relationships, supporting customers, and being part of a collaborative workplace.
Jaiden joined Quail Creek Bank as a Client Service Specialist, bringing two years of banking experience from another local financial institution. Her previous role helped her develop a strong foundation in customer service, relationship building, and helping clients find solutions to their banking needs.
After hearing positive things about QCB from her partner, who has been a longtime customer, Jaiden was excited for the opportunity to join an organization known for its strong customer relationships and welcoming environment. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow while helping provide a positive experience for the clients she serves.
Outside of work, Jaiden dedicates her time to caring for animals through her own honorary pet rescue, providing support and safe homes for surrendered, abandoned, and disabled animals.
Marsha joined Quail Creek Bank as a Concierge Banker in the Operations Department. She brings a diverse professional background, including more than a decade in the medical field and experience owning and operating a childcare business.
Those experiences helped shape her ability to communicate, build relationships, and provide thoughtful service to others. Marsha was drawn to QCB because of its reputation as a trusted organization and has enjoyed seeing firsthand the care employees show toward customers and the community.
Outside of work, Marsha enjoys concerts, movies, dancing, shopping, and spending time with friends. A personal reminder she keeps close is: “If you’re having a bad day, this too shall pass.”
