Stefany is our newest addition to the Client Services department. She came to us with two years of experience as a customer service representative at a local credit union. Stefany is ready to assist our customers with all their account needs, from opening new accounts to customer service requests. Although Stefany grew up in Oklahoma, she is fluent in Spanish. She is a great addition to the QCB family and will be able to assist those customers who speak Spanish as their primary language.
Stefany is mom to a three-year-old son. He is fascinated by dinosaurs and the two of them enjoy the outdoors together. Stefany doesn’t have much time for hobbies while chasing a toddler around but enjoys a moment to relax with a good Netflix show when she gets the chance. She also loves a good Sushi restaurant.
