30 Years of Leadership and Financial Expertise
James joined Quail Creek Bank in 1995 and has spent three decades shaping the bank’s financial strategy and operations. As Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, he oversees accounting, regulatory compliance, and multiple operational functions. His leadership has been critical to the bank’s growth, guiding strategic decisions, and mentoring colleagues across the organization. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and watching movies.
25 Years of Operational Excellence
Lacey has served Quail Creek Bank since 1999, contributing across numerous operations departments, from new accounts and merchant services to debit card fraud prevention and social media initiatives. As Vice President, she continues to support the bank’s mission while also serving on industry boards and leading community initiatives. Lacey is known for her deep commitment to both team development and customer service excellence.
25 Years of Human Resources Leadership
Julie began her career at Quail Creek Bank as a drive-in teller and has grown into her role as Vice President of Human Resources. Over the past 25 years, Julie has guided employee development, strengthened organizational culture, and helped countless team members grow into leadership positions. She is passionate about mentoring and sharing her expertise in financial literacy with students, encouraging the next generation of professionals.
25 Years of Lending and Administrative Support
Joining the bank in 2000, Shelli has played many critical roles, from commercial lending assistant and internal auditor to executive assistant to the president. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President, Shelli’s leadership, knowledge, and guidance continue to support the lending team and bank operations. She is highly respected for her experience and dedication to ensuring the bank runs smoothly behind the scenes.
20 Years of Lending Leadership
Stephanie has dedicated 20 years to Quail Creek Bank, advancing through roles in consumer and commercial lending to her current position as Vice President. She manages lending operations, trains and supports staff, and ensures the bank’s customers receive exceptional service. Stephanie’s analytical skills, leadership, and organizational expertise have been essential to the success of the lending department and the broader organization.
