Please join us in recognizing two valued members of the Quail Creek Bank team who recently celebrated milestone anniversaries in April 2026: Carole J. for 25 years and Tyler S. for 15 years. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to both customers and coworkers have made a lasting impact across the bank.

Carole began her journey with Quail Creek Bank in 2001 in the Customer Service department before transitioning into Credit and later Loan Operations, where she spent much of her career in leadership roles including Credit Officer, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. After relocating to Wichita, Kansas, in 2023, she continued working remotely for QCB before returning permanently to Oklahoma in 2025. Today, she is part of the Client Services department, bringing her experience full circle in a customer-facing role once again.
What has kept Carole connected to Quail Creek Bank for 25 years is the culture and sense of community she feels throughout the organization. She describes her experience at QCB in one word: “rooted.”
Outside of work, Carole enjoys painting, sketching, sewing, caring for her houseplants, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her grandchildren. Her personal philosophy reflects the outlook she brings to both life and work: “Carpe diem, baby!” and “Treat others as you’d like to be treated – what comes around, goes around!”

Tyler joined Quail Creek Bank in 2011 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Since beginning his banking career in 2008, he has played an important role in helping grow the mortgage department while mentoring and supporting fellow employees along the way.
When asked what he enjoys most about QCB, Tyler’s answer is simple: the people. He remains focused on continuing to strengthen the mortgage department and helping those around him succeed.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and two golden retrievers. His favorite quote reflects his laid-back outlook on life: “The older you do get, the more rules they’re gonna try to get you to follow. You just gotta keep livin’ man, L-I-V-I-N’.”
We are grateful for the experience, dedication, and leadership Carole and Tyler continue to bring to Quail Creek Bank and are proud to celebrate these milestones with them.
