Bryan S. joined Quail Creek Bank on August 5, 1996, beginning a career that would span three decades and become an important part of the bank’s history. Today, Bryan serves as Vice President and Manager of the Customer Service and Data Processing Department, where he helps ensure customers have the support and accessibility they have come to expect from Quail Creek Bank.
For Bryan, 30 years at QCB represents much more than longevity. It represents consistency, relationships, and a place that has felt like home throughout his career.
“I’m sure multiple people have said it’s like a family, and it’s actually so true,” Bryan said. “Everyone here is laid back and down to earth. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment, and it just makes you want to come back. It’s consistent and has been for 30 years, and it’s just a place that I feel like I’m at home when I’m working here.”
That sense of consistency is especially meaningful in Bryan’s role. The Customer Service Department he leads is an integral part of QCB’s commitment to being available to its customers and providing the personal service that has defined the bank for decades. QCB’s approach is built around making sure customers have access to the people and support they need, and Bryan has played a significant role in carrying that commitment forward.
Looking back on his career, Bryan describes the past 30 years in one word: growth.
“I started when I was 23, and now I’m 53,” Bryan said. “So I have grown physically and quite a lot more mentally. I’m a lot more patient. I’m a lot more humble, and for sure, a lot wiser.”
When Bryan began his career at Quail Creek Bank, he never expected to spend the next 30 years there. Yet, as he reflects on the time that has passed, he recognizes the significance of building a career with one organization and the perspective that comes with it.
“I never would have thought I’d be somewhere for 30 years. That’s for sure. And the time passed really fast.”
