Jerika began her journey with Quail Creek Bank in 2009 as an intern while attending the University of Oklahoma. After graduating, she returned full time in 2011 as a Credit Analyst and has grown with the bank ever since. Over the years, she has advanced through multiple roles, ultimately stepping into her current position as Chief Credit Officer in 2022.
In her role, Jerika leads the Credit team, oversees loan policy, and helps guide the bank’s long-term strategy as a member of the Executive Team. Known for her leadership and sense of humor, she often describes her job as being the “policy and problem loans police.”
Jerika has also been actively involved with the Oklahoma Bankers Association, serving on the intern selection committee for nearly 15 years and currently chairing the Basic and Intermediate School Boards. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for The CARE Center, where she serves on the Executive and Finance Committees.
Outside of work, Jerika enjoys life with her husband Brett and their two daughters on their family farm in Mustang, where they care for horses and a pair of miniature donkeys.
