Laurel began her banking career in 1997, working as a teller and with new accounts. When she joined Quail Creek Bank in 2003, her first three years were on the teller line. Since then, Laurel has worked as a loan assistant in various areas of the bank, including installment lending, commercial lending, private bank, and finally joined commercial lender, Jeff Massad, in 2017. Jeff says they have a magical partnership, and he is grateful Laurel made the decision to work alongside him. She has become Jeff’s right hand…and his left too, he would say!
Laurel has a daughter at The University of Oklahoma, majoring in vocal music education, and a son in graduate school at The University of Oklahoma, and working as an intern at Ernst & Young this summer. To say she is proud of her children would be an understatement! Laurel and her husband, Matt, of 23 years, enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending basketball games, and love trips to the beach.
Congratulations, Laurel, on 20 years at Quail Creek Bank!
