Quail Creek Bank’s strength comes from the people who show up each day ready to support one another and serve our customers well. We’re pleased to recognize several recent additions to our team who are already contributing to the culture and community that make QCB special.
While each brings a different background and perspective, they all share a common appreciation for teamwork, growth, and building meaningful connections.
Kathryn joined Quail Creek Bank in January 2026 in Deposit Operations. She was immediately drawn to the strong sense of community within the bank and the genuine care employees have for one another. Kathryn is excited to continue learning and growing in her role while contributing to the team’s success.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, thrifting, exploring new restaurants around Oklahoma City, going to the movies, and spending time outdoors.
Kelsey joined Quail Creek Bank on January 29, 2026, as an Operations Assistant in HR & Operations. Having heard great things about the bank prior to joining, she quickly discovered firsthand the supportive and welcoming environment that makes QCB unique.
She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, reading, and spending time with family and friends, including her goldendoodle Murphy and her boxer Barrett.
Donnell rejoined Quail Creek Bank as a Teller after previously working with the bank from 2015 to 2023. After gaining additional experience at another financial institution, he returned to QCB with a strong appreciation for the relationships and culture that set the bank apart.
He especially enjoys building lasting connections with customers. Outside of work, Donnell spends his time fishing, golfing, and cheering on his son at sporting events.
Sarah joined Quail Creek Bank in December 2025 as a Loan Assistant in the Consumer Loan Department. She values the close-knit nature of the team and the supportive environment that allows everyone to succeed together. She is eager to continue learning and growing in her role.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, daughters, grandson, and pets. She also enjoys painting and repurposing furniture. A favorite quote she lives by is, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
